Junior Operations Assistant
Location: Malta
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: €9,500 gross
We are currently looking for a Junior Operations Assistant who will work closely with the Head of Operations to provide a support role to the different teams within the Company, with the aim to constantly improve upon the investor experience and boost investment activity. The right candidate should be a highly passionate individual capable of implementing the changes necessary to help GoBeyond achieve its goals. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a key requirement for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to provide a support role to the different teams within the Company
- Learn the tools used by GoBeyond: Google Suite, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Ultradox, Zapier, and our own online platform
- Support the Operations Team on the day to day tasks, and assist with the implementation and execution of organizational strategies, policies, and practices
- Provide operational support to the:
- Data team to maintain data infrastructures and tools used for the Company’s business processes
- Deals team to assist in the development of prototype data reporting automation processes
- Marketing team with the running of campaigns as well as the maintenance of related data records
- Investor Community team with the onboarding process and client activity, engagement and satisfaction level analysis

Skills and experience
- Prior experience working in an office environment preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in other languages considered a plus)
- Good computer skills and satisfactory experience in social media and office suites, preferably Google’s Apps suite including
- Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar and Groups
